Using a wide selection of plastic materials, our in-house capabilities create tolerances down to .005". Our state of the art facility is located in the Airlake Industrial Park in Lakeville, Minnesota. A few common materials we use include:

- 3 machines with bed sizes of 15.5" x 29.5" with a 10" working Z
- 2 machines with bed sizes of 19.5" x 39.5" with a 12" working Z
- 1 router with a bed size of 60" x 96" with a 2.5" working Z
- 1 router with a bed size of 60" x 120" with a 6" working Z
- 1 lathe with a 8" chuck and 2" thru spindle
- 1 lathe with a 10" chuck and 3" thru spindle
