Delmar Company produces standard ANSI ceramic gaskets, custom ceramic gaskets, and ceramic sealing products for all industries and applications. Ceramic won’t melt or burn, and is highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals, making it an ideal material for gaskets used in harsh working environments and in temperatures as high as 2,000°F (1,093°C).
To ensure superior precision, accuracy, and repeatability, we manufacture ceramic gaskets and sealing products with a state-of-the-art Atom Flashcutter. This system can maintain tolerances as close as ±0.008”, and can cut ceramic materials as thick as 1/2”.

However, it may not be the best choice for your unique needs. We use a series of questions, which we call STAMPS, as a means of finding the best material and grade for your standard or custom gaskets. Please keep the following questions in mind when specifying your gaskets:
- S: Size of the gasket
- T: Temperature range the gasket must operate in
- A: Application—is it a pump? a flange? a heat exchanger? etc.
- M: Media—what will the gasket prevent from leaking?
- P: Pressure range the gasket must operate in
