Delmar Company manufactures standard ANSI gaskets and custom gaskets, as well as custom-cut sheet products, from a range of non-asbestos materials. These materials range from basic red rubber for general service applications to specialty materials capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 1,800°F (982°C).
We utilize a state-of-the-art Atom Flashcutter to ensure perfect precision and repeatability. This CNC-powered system can cut materials as thick as 1/2” with dimensional accuracy within ±0.008”.
Working from ANSI specs or your CAD, DXF, or DIE files, we can produce gaskets and sheet products that meet your application and performance requirements.
