Using our advanced, CNC-powered Atom Flashcutter system, we can deliver ANSI-standard O-rings and custom O-rings with tolerances as close as ±0.008” or better, no matter how complex the design.

Our expert team will work with you to establish what material is right for your needs. Material selection is based on numerous factors, including process temperatures and pressures, sealing capabilities, and chemical compatibility, among others.

We use a series of questions, which we call STAMP, to find the best and most effective elastomer for your application. Please keep the following questions in mind when specifying your standard or custom rubber O-rings:

  • S: Size of the O-ring
  • T: Temperature range in which the O-ring will be used
  • A: Application—is it a flange? a valve? a pump? etc.
  • M: Media—what will the O-ring prevent from leaking?
  • P: Pressure range in which the O-ring will be used

FDA & NSF 61 O-Rings

For food, beverage, and potable/drinking water applications, we can produce ANSI O-rings and custom O-rings from a number of FDA-approved and NSF 61-approved elastomers.
