FDA-Approved Rubber Gaskets & NSF 61-Approved Rubber Gaskets
For your food, beverage, and potable water applications, Delmar Company provides standard and custom gaskets manufactured from FDA- and NSF 61-approved materials. We use an advanced Atom Flashcutter to produce standard ANSI gaskets and custom gasket profiles with tight tolerances of ±0.008” or better.
Using the ANSI specs you need, or your own CAD, DXF, or DIE design files, we’ll create standard or custom gaskets that match your requirements. We produce FDA gaskets from a broad array of specialized elastomers, while our NSF 61 gaskets are primarily manufactured from SBR, EPDM, and Viton. Delmar is one of few companies in our industry that works with NSF 61-rated materials.

Every gasket application requires the right material, but those used in food and beverage processing and/or handling, and those that come in contact with drinking water, have far more stringent requirements than most. In addition to finding a gasket material that meets your food/beverage/water contact requirements, you also need to select a material that will stand up to the rigors of your day-to-day operations.
The experts at Delmar will work with you find a FDA-approved or NSF 61-approved gasket material that will meet your application and performance requirements. In addition to food/beverage concerns, material selection is also based on such factors as process pressures and temperatures, sealing capabilities, and chemical compatibility.
Our STAMP questions are intended to help find the best, most effective, and safest material for your gasketing application. Please keep the following questions in mind when specifying your standard or custom gaskets:

If we aren’t 100% certain that the material we recommend will work safely, we’ll help you find a material that will—even if that means sending your project to a different supplier. We won’t sell you a product just to sell a product; if we can’t provide the right material for your needs, we won’t sell you anything at all. Safety will always be our #1 priority.
